Sir.
Lots 2429, 2433, 2460, 2336, 2424, 2343,
Agricultural Lot 799 & Buildings on Lots
12 AM 14
2335 & 2337, S.D. IV, Sham Shui Po.
I have received an application from Mr. J.C.
Clark on behalf of a client asking upon what terms Government
would be prepared to exchange the above lots for sites in the
vicinity in accordance with the new laying out of this District.
The following are particulars of the lots
proposed to be exchanged:-
(a). The areas coloured blue viz.: Lots 2429, 2433, 2460,
2336, 2424 & 2343 are building lots.
(b). The area coloured yellow viz.:- Lot 799 is an agricultu-
-ral lot.
(c). Areas coloured green viz.:- Lots 2335 & 2337; in this
case applicant only ows the superstructures, the
actual lots being owned by other parties.
As all the lots interfere with the improved
laying out of the District, I recommend that two areas as shown
coloured red and marked A & B on plan and containing 5915 sq.ft.
and 4437 sq.ft. respectively be granted in exchange for the above
lots as Inland Lots on the terme stated below.
With regard to the areas coloured green, I
have valued the buildings on the lots and the land proposed to be
granted in exchange has been calculated at a premium of 35 centa
per sq. ft. and an equivalent area of land is included in the
proposed new lots. The applicant has agreed to the following
terms:
The Honourable
The Colonial Secretary.
